Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Options

Usually orders are being shipped using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. Sometimes we ship using UPS and Fedex. If you have special shipping requests, please send us a note before you place your order.

  • Processing Time

The normal processing time for orders is 3-5 business days before shipment. Delivery times normally take 1-5 days to Continental US.

  • Seasonal Ordering of Hardneck Garlic

Orders for Hardneck Garlic ship in October 2024. Your order may be delayed based on the growing season in your area based on the zip code on your delivery address. Otherwise orders process is 3-10 days. If you have a request for garlic more urgently, please check the urgent request button during order checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your have received your item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returning Your Product
To return your product, you should mail your product to the shipping from address listed your orders original shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Hardneck Garlic Nursery Stock

The Sicilian Farmer is a Licensed Producer and Dealer of Nursery Stock in the State of Maine. All of our Seed Garlic varieties have tested negative for garlic bloat nematode, white mold, and botrytis and are visually inspected annually by the Division of Animal and Plant Health in compliance with National Plant Board standards of pest freedom.
