All Hardneck Garlic is grown at our small, local farm in Freedom, Maine. Bulbs have been dried, trimmed, cleaned and cured. Non-GMO and Sustainably Grown using only OMRI-Allowed, NOP-Approved and all natural amendments including farmyard manure, fish-based compost and emulsions, langbeinite, kelp meal, wood chips and old hay for mulch. We never using any herbicides, insecticides, pesticides or chemical spray on any of our fields.
