German Extra Hardy has a mellow and nutty garlic flavor with some heat.

All of our Hardneck Garlic is grown at our small, local farm in Freedom, Maine. Bulbs have been trimmed and cured. Non-GMO and Sustainably Grown using only OMRI-Allowed, NOP-Approved and all natural amendments including farmyard manure, fish-based compost and emulsions, langbeinite, kelp meal, wood chips and old hay or straw for mulch. We never using any herbicides, insecticides, pesticides or chemical spray on any of our fields. Suitable for hardiness zone: 4-9.
