Our farm is the key to our larger food business model, which consists of retail and culinary components. We opened our retail farm store in 2023 and will be launching our farm-to-table wood fired mobile pizza trailer this summer. This winter we will be focusing on value-added production of farm products for wholesale and direct-to-consumer markets.
