All Hardneck Garlic is grown at our small, local farm in Freedom, Maine. Bulbs have been dried, trimmed, cleaned and cured. Non-GMO and Sustainably Grown using only OMRI-Allowed, NOP-Approved and all natural amendments including farmyard manure, fish-based compost and emulsions, langbeinite, kelp meal, wood chips and old hay for mulch. We never using any herbicides, insecticides, pesticides or chemical spray on any of our fields. Suitable for hardiness zone: 4-9. The Sicilian Farmer is a Licensed Producer and Dealer of Nursery Stock in the State of Maine.
